Today, while quietly minding my own business, watching the day pass by, a certain Mr N asked a very deep and profound question... "Mandy, do you work?" Followed by "My mum does." How is one to reply to such a question?
Walking through Lynn Mall with a shopping trolley full of groceries, one of the children spotted me, delighted to see me outside of the centre, and again, another very good, thoughtful question was asked... "Do teachers need groceries too?"
Mandy, of course you don't work. You look after the children for fun....don't you? You think you need to eat as well!
